Terms And Conditions
By placing an order with Greyhawk Signs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms– Jobs under $1000 require full payment up front. Jobs over $1000 require 60% down at time of order and balance is due when job is complete. We accept cash, money orders, cashier checks, debit and credit cards. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for returned checks in addition to amount due. If payment is past due, accounts that have a credit card on file with Greyhawk Signs will have their credit cards run for the balance due. Customers who present credit cards for payment to Greyhawk Signs cannot, for any reason, written or verbal, revoke Greyhawk Sings’ authority to run a credit card on file to satisfy a past due or delinquent account.
Quotations/Estimates– Prices are subject to change without notice. We honor our estimates/quotes for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Greyhawk Signs reserves the right to refuse printing of subject matter that we deem inappropriate.
Refund/Return Policy– Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. The amount will be calculated and subtracted from the upfront payment. We will refund any amount that remains, but if our costs exceed the amount, you are still obligated to make payment in full. There is no cancellation or refund on products already completed.
Accuracy of Specifications– Quotations are based on the accuracy of specifications provided to us by the customer. If we discover that there are corrections or modifications needed we will notify the customer immediately at which time a decision will be made whether there will be additional costs and how the customer wishes to proceed. We make every effort to quote a job accurately, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify customer if delays will result.
No Additional Warranties– Greyhawk Signs workmanship and quality follow the general industry standards. Greyhawk Signs warrants that their products meet industry standards. Greyhawk Signs makes no other warranties and no actions or words of Greyhawk Signs officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
Indemnification– The customer represents that they have the legal right to produce or reproduce all materials ordered from the Front Range Sign Company. In the event that a charge, claim, demand or proceeding is made against Greyhawk Signs based upon illegal and or wrongful acts by the customer or that the product produced or printed at the request of the customer infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person or contains matter that is slanderous, libelous, defamatory or obscene. The customer shall indemnify and hold Greyhawk Signs harmless from and against any loss, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to the claim including without limitation: (1) defending Greyhawk Signs against any claim (2) paying any judgment or award against the customer, and (3) reimbursing Greyhawk Signs for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
Delivery/Shipping– Quoted prices do not include shipping or handling fees. Shipping can be arranged, upon request. Greyhawk Signs is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. It is suggested that the customer arrange for insurance with the carrier. FOB is Denver, CO.
Claims– By accepting a completed job, the customer acknowledges that the performance is satisfactory. Customer must inspect product upon receipt. No part of a product can be used if customer is putting in a claim against the order. Greyhawk Signs keeps a copy of the job, on file, for 30 days. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the customer, in writing, within 7 days from receipt.
Right to Subcontract– Greyhawk Signs reserves the right to subcontract or assign any portion of a job to another company.
Workmanship– Greyhawk Signs will make every effort to provide the highest quality. Greyhawk Signs follows Industry Standards. Because of variations that can occur during production, we are not held responsible for those issues which fall within the normal range of acceptable variations, according to trade practices.
Privacy Statement– Greyhawk Signs will not share or sell any information that has been gathered during order processing with anyone. We use our customer information in house, for the sole purpose of order fulfillment.
Samples– Greyhawk Signs can use customers printed products for samples or promotional advertising purposes.
Electronic Manuscripts- Images– Customers are responsible for keeping originals of hard copies and digital files of artwork, transparencies and instructions of all requested work. Greyhawk Signs is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplies by customer or for errors on supplied artwork files, hard copies etc. The customer is responsible for proofing copy/files prior to submitting for reproduction. Greyhawk Signs makes no claims or promises about their ability to complete a job until they have had time to review. Greyhawk Signs assumes no liability for problems that may arise because of content or condition of information given by customer. Unless otherwise requested, customers work request will be fulfilled as submitted. Upon request of customer and for a fee, Greyhawk Signs will review submission (disk, Hard Copies) and point out problems that may affect quality of work. Customer must resubmit corrected work with a written request to perform.
Proofs– It is advised that customers request a proof of their job prior to production so that they can review and approve. Proofs must be returned to Greyhawk Signs marked O.K. or “Revised Proof Required” signed by customer. If proofs are waived, Greyhawk Signs is not responsible for undetected errors. All requests must be in writing.
Exact Color Matching– There will be a difference between what you see on your computer screen and what is produced. The differences are caused by a variety of reasons such as paper type, ink, equipment etc. Greyhawk Signs will perform our production work as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods. We do not guarantee an exact color match to art submitted. We are not responsible for color shifts if original work has not been submitted property. Credit or refund will not be given for non-matching colors or shifts. Please review our File Preparation section. We will produce pleasing colors using standard ink densities. The finished product quality will be the best we can produce according to our equipment abilities. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without notice.
Fees– Depending on the product specifications, additional fees may apply. Fees are determined & based by a customer’s specifications, difficulty of work, et cetera. If we discover a customer’s project will require additional fees, we will notify the customer prior to production work.
Accuracy- Color accuracy of proofs are an approximate facsimile & cannot be guaranteed, because of differences in monitors, proofs are not printed on the same material as the final product so colors will vary depending on final material & production process, also proof colorings are not calibrated or balanced.
Proofs– First electronic proof is free and will be emailed to the customer. Production begins after approval of final proof. NO VERBAL APPROVALS, all approvals must be in writing.
Prices– Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include tax, additional fees, or shipping fees.
Copyright– It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that their images are legally reproducible & that they have in their possession written approval of respective owners. By placing an order with Front Range Sign Company, customers agree in the event of any legal issues arising from their order they will hold Greyhawk Signs harmless. Customer agrees to defend and pay all costs, including attorneys fees and costs, associated with any claims made against Greyhawk Signs and its officers and employees for any violation or claim of violation of copyright laws. Copyright laws can be views online @ www.copyright.gov.
Content– Greyhawk Signs reserves the right to refuse inappropriate submissions. Inappropriate content will be determined by Greyhawk Signs at its sole discretion.
Warranties- Greyhawk Signs makes no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of customer submitted files. Proofs are mandatory to be signed off on, prior to production, & will be produced AS IS upon approved by the customer. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may result from delays in shipping or production. If any of the above limitations do not apply to your state’s jurisdictions in part on whole it does not void this document.
Changes/Corrections/Errors– We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, omissions, prices, descriptions, errors relating to productions, availability, & update information anytime with or without prior notice.
Customer Submitted Information Files- Greyhawk Signs has an unrestricted license to use/display/reproduce/modify/transmit & distribute information & designs given to us by customers to the extent permitted by Law- we reserve the right to use photos of customer artwork/products for use on our website gallery as samples of our work that we have completed. Greyhawk Signs will not sell images or information given to us by customers unless prior written consent has been given.
Third Party– We make no representations or warranties as to any products or services offered from a Third Party Vendor.All services provided by the Greyhawk Signs are subject to these terms and conditions. By requesting Greyhawk Signs to perform services and produce products for you, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions without modification. Customers are responsible for reviewing our terms and conditions prior to submitting request for work. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Front Range Sign Company, its parent and affiliate companies, subcontractors and employees harmless.
